Deadline for refunds:

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to request an exchange of your artwork. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, which must be paid by a private courier company. There is also the possibility of being issued a voucher to purchase one or more works for the amount of the return at any other time.

Eligible products for refund:

We only accept returns of artwork that is in its original, undamaged condition. Personalised or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

Process for requesting a change:

Please contact our customer service team by sending a message to evabenalshop@gmail.com within 14 calendar days after the arrival of the artwork.

Please indicate the reason for your exchange request and provide the order number.

We will provide you with instructions on how to send back the artwork.

Refund shipping costs:

Shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to guarantee delivery. 

Conditions of return:

  • The artwork must be in its original packaging and undamaged.
  • Include a copy of the voucher with the return.

Process of change:

Once we receive the artwork and its condition has been verified, we will process your exchange request. Please note that the new item will be shipped once we have received and checked the returned product.

Reimbursements:

The refund will be made to the same bank account used to place the order. The refund will only refer to the price of the work paid by the user in due time and form, and once the work has been received. If the return is made after the deadline or in inadequate packaging conditions that cause damage to the work, the return costs will not be reimbursed. 

Exceptions:

  • If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to resolve the situation.
  • Works of art purchased during special events or sales are not eligible for return or exchange.
